Founded by Tom Rayner, RCS was born in the heart of Calgary during the challenging environment of 2017. This was the time that individuals and companies alike needed trustworthy partners to be their eyes, ears, and support systems to assist them in achieving their construction goals. Tom grew up in country New South Wales, Australia, and was exposed early to the industry working in the family construction business from a young age. Tom studied a Bachelor of Construction Management in Sydney and went on to work for major construction companies both in Australia and Canada on both small and multi-million dollar projects including retail. commercial and multi-residential, before taking on the challenge of his own company.

Rayner Construction Services Inc. (RCS) is a multi-award-winning General Contractor founded by Tom Rayner in the heart of Calgary in 2017. RCS has grown rapidly during its time in business benefiting from our expert team, our entrepreneurial views and our strong international construction experience bringing together the best practises from both Canada and Australia. The vision was to provide individuals and companies alike a trustworthy partner to be their eyes, ears, and support system to assist them in achieving their construction goals as smoothly and hassle free as possible.
