Tom Rayner is the founder of RCS. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and has over 20 years experience in the commercial construction industry both in Australia and Canada. Tom has an entrepreneurial mindset and is highly detailed in everything he does. He see’s any problem as a great opportunity for a creative solution. On weekends, Tom is usually found doing farm jobs around his 5 acre property that he enjoys with his wife or playing with his three young daughters.
Belinda holds a Bachelor of Business and has almost 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry in both Canada and Australia. She is well versed in knowing the construction needs of landlords, tenants and business owners having managed billion dollar portfolios for one of the worlds largest real estate investors. She has vast experience in Business Planning, Strategy, Financials, Commercial Real Estate Appraisals, Asset Management, Property Management, Leasing and Budgets. Belinda has a warm and friendly personality and loves to spend any and all of her spare time with Tom and her three girls gardening, cooking, or enjoying their pony.
With over 15 years of expertise in commercial and high-rise residential construction, Edwin combines his mechanical engineering background with a wealth of practical experience. Having initially honed his skills at various engineering firms, he transitioned into the construction industry where he takes immense pride in delivering projects that exceed client expectations. Originally from Toronto, Edwin relocated to Calgary to embrace its natural beauty and outdoor adventures. In his leisure time, he enjoys hiking, camping, and capturing stunning wildlife through photography.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Management and a qualifications in Construction Project Management, bringing over 22 years of experience in the construction industry. With more than 15 years of expertise in Project Management, Budgeting, and Team Leadership, Mike has a proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. Renowned for his hands-on approach and strong problem-solving abilities, he is committed to upholding safety standards while cultivating strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Outside of work, Mike enjoys working on personal projects and spending quality time at the cabin with his family.
Brad has worked in construction for many decades. He started out working for his father’s company doing residential and light commercial work. He later moved into commercial construction full time with for several years, working for Clarke Builders and Dominion Construction, after which he worked for Genesis Building for 16 years. Brad enjoys the challenges of difficult projects and making them flow into a successful completion and enjoys working with clients to help them see their dreams come to fruition. Outside of work, Brad enjoys family time and spending weekends skiing during the winter.
With over 10 years in commercial Construction and more than 16 years in safety, Dan’s addition to the team ensures all RCS procedures have deep roots in health, safety and environmental practices. He has been a National Construction Safety Officer since 2009, is a CCA Gold Seal Certified Construction Safety Practitioner and completed his Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Alberta in 2020. Like a true Albertan, Dan embraces the outdoor lifestyle here in the province, enjoying hiking, hunting, fishing and camping with his family in the mountains.
Séamus brings 20+ years of Project Management experience from a variety of industries, from Customer Business Manager to Sr. Project Manager, working with several well known corporations across Canada. This gives Séamus the perspective to see solutions that are both standard and out of the box. In his spare time, Séamus enjoys golfing, playing hockey and spending time with his partner in crime, Tamara, and their 2 young daughters, Avery & Charly, making memories on adventures.

Brendan moved to the Calgary area from the Ottawa Valley just over 25 years ago. Starting briefly in landscaping, Brendan quickly jumped into framing, finishing carpentry, then project management and found his passion. During this time, he has earned his Journeyman Carpentry, and PMP certifications. Brendan enjoys the complete construction process from inception to completion. Outside of work, Brendan spends his time skiing, hunting and fishing with his wife and daughters at their property in B.C.
Andrea comes from a background of over 30 years in construction, including residential, agricultural, mulit-family and commercial construction, as well as all levels of administrative and/or leadership duties for each. With decades of industry knowledge and background, Andrea takes great pride in the work she delivers to clients and colleagues. She is highly dedicated to always ensuring the highest level of customer and client service. Outside of work, Andrea loves a good road trip to anywhere, camping as much as possible and gourmet cooking for her family and friends.

Moe holds a Bachelors degree in Construction Project Management and is a dedicated Project Coordinator with four years of experience in the construction industry. With a focus on teamwork and problem-solving, Moe takes pride in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. From project planning and scheduling to managing communication and compliance with safety regulations, Moe excels in all aspects of the construction process. With a commitment to quality and satisfaction, they continually strive to deliver exceptional results.
Outside of work, Moe is passionate about playing soccer, camping, and off-roading. Embracing the great outdoors, he enjoys staying active and finding adventure wherever he can.
Wes Kojola is a seasoned Site Superintendent at RCS bringing over 30 years of extensive construction management experience. He has a proven track record in overseeing large commercial projects, directly coordinating and supervising trade contractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion across all sectors of the construction industry.
Wes’s comprehensive knowledge of project cost controls, worksite safety practices, and regulatory compliance from project start-up to completion has been instrumental in navigating crucial timelines and challenging working conditions. His goal-driven approach, exceptional problem-solving skills, and ability to create cost-effective and safe solutions consistently exceed expectations.
On his downtime, Wes enjoys to golf and spending time with family and friends.

Chris Bell is a Site Superintendent at Rayner Construction Services, bringing over 13 years of experience in the construction industry. During this time, Chris has been a Lead Hand, Foreman and Superintendent. Known for his exceptional leadership and expertise in health and safety standards, as well as procurement, Chris excels in collaborating with engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to determine project needs. He is adept at solving jobsite issues and emergencies, ensuring that every project maintains the highest standards of safety, productivity, and quality. Chris thrives on delivering excellence in every aspect of his work, making him an invaluable asset to the Rayner Construction Services team.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys mountain biking and rock climbing, valuing exercise and physical fitness. He cherishes conversations with his 99-year-old grandmother, learning from her life experiences. Family is central to Chris’s life, with his children and grandchildren holding a special place in his heart. He finds immense joy in playing with his grandsons and catching frogs with them. Additionally, Chris is committed to community service, regularly providing food and hot chocolate to homeless individuals, striving to make a positive impact in his community.
