Tom Rayner is the founder of RCS. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management and has over 20 years experience in the commercial construction industry both in Australia and Canada. Tom has an entrepreneurial mindset and is highly detailed in everything he does. He see’s any problem as a great opportunity for a creative solution. On weekends, Tom is usually found doing farm jobs around his 5 acre property that he enjoys with his wife or playing with his three young daughters.
Belinda holds a Bachelor of Business and has almost 20 years experience in the commercial real estate industry in both Canada and Australia. She is well versed in knowing the construction needs of landlords, tenants and business owners having managed billion dollar portfolios for one of the worlds largest real estate investors. She has vast experience in Business Planning, Strategy, Financials, Commercial Real Estate Appraisals, Asset Management, Property Management, Leasing and Budgets. Belinda has a warm and friendly personality and loves to spend any and all of her spare time with Tom and her three girls gardening, cooking, or enjoying their pony.
With over 15 years of expertise in commercial and high-rise residential construction, Edwin combines his mechanical engineering background with a wealth of practical experience. Having initially honed his skills at various engineering firms, he transitioned into the construction industry where he takes immense pride in delivering projects that exceed client expectations. Originally from Toronto, Edwin relocated to Calgary to embrace its natural beauty and outdoor adventures. In his leisure time, he enjoys hiking, camping, and capturing stunning wildlife through photography.
Amir moved to Canada from Washington State in 2018, bringing with him a strong background in residential construction. His early career was spent crafting high-end homes perched on scenic cliff sides—an experience that ignited his lifelong passion for building.
Since settling in Alberta, Amir has continued to grow his expertise, earning both his Red Seal certification and an Advanced Diploma in Carpentry. His commitment to learning and professional development has guided him into his current role as Acting Site Foreman, where he continues to pursue his goal of becoming a Superintendent.
Amir’s portfolio spans a wide range of projects—from custom luxury homes and public bridge constructions to urban high-rise developments and large-scale equestrian facilities. No matter the project, Amir’s hallmark is craftsmanship that stands the test of time. His dedication to quality and precision reflects his guiding principle: Built to Last.
Séamus brings 20+ years of Project Management experience from a variety of industries, from Customer Business Manager to Sr. Project Manager, working with several well known corporations across Canada. This gives Séamus the perspective to see solutions that are both standard and out of the box. In his spare time, Séamus enjoys golfing, playing hockey and spending time with his partner in crime, Tamara, and their 2 young daughters, Avery & Charly, making memories on adventures.
Andrea comes from a background of over 30 years in construction, including residential, agricultural, mulit-family and commercial construction, as well as all levels of administrative and/or leadership duties for each. With decades of industry knowledge and background, Andrea takes great pride in the work she delivers to clients and colleagues. She is highly dedicated to always ensuring the highest level of customer and client service. Outside of work, Andrea loves a good road trip to anywhere, camping as much as possible and gourmet cooking for her family and friends.
With over 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Jenn brings deep expertise and a strong administrative foundation to every project she supports. Her career is built on efficiency, organization, and a drive for continuous improvement. A firm believer in Lean methodologies, Jenn integrates process optimization into her daily work—enhancing team productivity and delivering smoother project outcomes through collaboration. Outside of work, Jenn draws balance and creativity from two passions that mirror her dynamic yet grounded nature: the energy of music and the peaceful rhythm of gardening.
Brad has worked in construction for many decades. He started out working for his father’s company doing residential and light commercial work. He later moved into commercial construction full time with for several years, working for Clarke Builders and Dominion Construction, after which he worked for Genesis Building for 16 years. Brad enjoys the challenges of difficult projects and making them flow into a successful completion and enjoys working with clients to help them see their dreams come to fruition. Outside of work, Brad enjoys family time and spending weekends skiing during the winter.
Shane began his construction career in Calgary over 25 years ago as a general laborer and carpenter, following six years working abroad in the Cayman Islands. His curiosity, commitment to continuous learning, and keen attention to detail—combined with his ability to build strong relationships—quickly propelled him into supervisory and senior management roles, ultimately leading him to own and operate his own construction business for 17 years.
Through the experience of running his own company, Shane gained a deep understanding of what it takes to build, grow, and sustain a successful organization. His leadership philosophy is grounded in integrity, innovation, and a dedication to continuous improvement—principles that continue to guide his approach to both business and people development.
Throughout his career, Shane has exemplified strong and effective leadership built on collaboration, mentorship, and strategic employee engagement. A results-driven professional, he leads by example—driving revenue growth, optimizing operational performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and excellence within his teams.
Wes Kojola is a seasoned Site Superintendent at RCS bringing over 30 years of extensive construction management experience. He has a proven track record in overseeing large commercial projects, directly coordinating and supervising trade contractors to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion across all sectors of the construction industry.
Wes’s comprehensive knowledge of project cost controls, worksite safety practices, and regulatory compliance from project start-up to completion has been instrumental in navigating crucial timelines and challenging working conditions. His goal-driven approach, exceptional problem-solving skills, and ability to create cost-effective and safe solutions consistently exceed expectations.
On his downtime, Wes enjoys to golf and spending time with family and friends.
Meet Shane Tevelein

A Gold Seal Certified Carpenter and Superintendent, Shane has spent more than 16 years specializing in institutional projects, including hospitals and schools—work that demands precision, coordination, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
For Shane, commercial construction is where it’s at. The constant variety and complexity of each project keep him engaged and energized, ensuring no two days are ever the same.
Outside of work, Shane and his wife Jen enjoy time with their two university-aged sons and their yellow lab, who’s always up for a long walk (especially if ducks are involved). A lifelong rugby player with over 40 years in the sport, Shane remains active in Calgary’s rugby community—continuing to bring the same teamwork and resilience to the field that he brings to every project.
